How is a new build priced?
We start with the site, the drawings and the level of finish you want. From there we prepare a written, itemised quote that sets out the scope, exclusions and provisional sums clearly before work begins.
Do you handle extensions and renovations as well as new builds?
Yes. Reef Stone carries out new homes, extensions and whole-house renovations, along with the supporting structural, roofing, groundworks and finishing trades that those jobs require.
Which parts of Barbados do you cover?
