We build anywhere in Barbados
The island is twenty-one miles by fourteen. There is no part of it we will not come to, and no part of it that does not have its own quirks — the ground, the wind, the access and the age of the housing stock all change as you cross it.
Island-wide, one team
We work across the whole of Barbados, coast to coast. Wherever the property is, the same people run the job: one point of contact, one written programme, and the same standard of work whether you are on the west coast or up in the hills.

Does location change the price?
A little, and for honest reasons. Distance from the plant and the block suppliers affects haulage. Steep or narrow access affects how material gets to the work face. Coastal exposure changes the specification of fixings, render and joinery, because cheap ones fail within a couple of seasons within sight of the sea.
What does not change is the rate for the work or the standard of it. You will see the difference itemised in the quote rather than buried in it.
