Andy Cummins
Managing Director
Andy has nearly thirty years in construction across the UK and the Caribbean, starting on the tools and moving through site management and contracts into running construction businesses. His background covers high-end residential work, groundworks, refurbishment and new build, so he is as comfortable with a set of drawings and a programme as he is on site. He is the point of contact on every Reef Stone job.
Wayne Smith
Site Manager
Wayne is Barbadian, and spent time working in the UK and Canada before coming home. He runs the work on the ground: sequencing the trades, keeping the site in order and holding the standard on the finishing, which is the part of a build people live with every day. He is on site, and he is reachable.
The wider team
Behind Andy and Wayne is a core team of our own staff and a network of trusted Barbadian subcontractors — masons, carpenters, roofers, electricians and plumbers — who know how we like a job run. The trades are booked in sequence, the site is kept in order, and one person is answerable for all of it.
